Technical
Technical support provides answers to technical issues that may arise with a software or hardware purchased from Visiopharm.
Complimentary support is provided to Visiopharm customers who are under their first year purchase warranty or with a Professional Online Support package.
After an evaluation of your technical support issue, a qualified support engineer will provide service on the phone, over email, or via Live Remote Support. Technical support hours can be purchased as part of a 4 or 8 hours Professional Online Support package.

Application
Application support hours can be purchased as part of a 4 or 8 hours Professional Online Support package. It includes guidance for image analysis and stereology approaches for custom projects, technical advice, workflow optimization and sparring which will be taken care of a Professional Service specialist in sessions either on the phone, over e-mail or via a web session.
Training
The Visiopharm professional services team provides a variety of different training options. All trainers have a master and/or Ph.D. level training in scientific image analysis, stereology, or other biological sciences.
Visiopharm Academy Training
Visiopharm is proud to present our new innovative software course and workshop concept. The academy courses will be fine-tuned to the participants needs and the aim is to assist the participants to move their specific projects forwards. For example, participants can get help to design their own APPs for image analysis projects or help to design their own protocol for a stereological study. Onsite Customer Training
Onsite training, conducted at the customer site, provides a very focused training program for one or more groups of users. Onsite training will jump start new users to become quickly proficient or enable current users to rapidly expand their knowledge and capabilities.
Online Training
Online training is conducted directly on the client computer through a web-based, interactive session. Training sessions normally last 1-2 hours; the Visiopharm trainer and the customer will go through the different aspects of the software and work with relevant customer projects. Additional training hours can be purchased in 4 or 8 hours with our Professional Online Support package.

Software Maintenance
A subscription to the Software Maintenance Service protects your software investment and is the most cost effective way to get the latest product versions and unlimited technical support.
The Software Maintenance Service guarantees that you always have access to the latest version of your Visiopharm software products. New software releases include product improvements, bug fixes and compatibility with updated hardware drivers and new Microsoft operating systems.
The Software Maintenance Service provides you with an unlimited access to our technical staff by phone, e-mail or remote desktop sharing. Visiopharm technical support engineers will assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware products sold by Visiopharm or international partners. Visiopharm Technical Support Engineers will also assist with troubleshooting of third party software and troubleshooting of hardware connected to Visiopharm software products.

Integration Committee
Driven by our goal to deliver effective and sustainable End-to-End digital pathology solution comprising the robust and reproducible quantitative image analysis methods from Visiopharm we have initiated the Digital Pathology Standards Integration Committee.
The Committee’s intent is to create a proposal for the elements still lacking to be defined however building on existing proposals for open international standards made by DICOM and HL7 utilizing the structure already established in the radiology area.
Combining the above standards within the structure of IHE, this committee recently has been adopted under the IHE umbrella of committees.
