Software Maintenance Customers with a current Software Maintenance Service contract receive the latest general release of the Visiopharm software about two times a year. Between general releases, intermediate releases may be offered to Software Maintenance Service customers on the Visiopharm web-site. Following a general release, a CD/DVD is shipped to customers with a current Software Maintenance Service contract. With purchase of new software, a 12 month Software Maintenance Service contract is included. |
