License keys for demonstration purposes are time limited. If you need an extension of the valid time period, please send the license file to license@visiopharm.com
The license file (.c2v) is collected from VIS via Help - License Dongle. Then open the Dongle Update Tool and press collect information. Save the .c2v file to your computer and then email it to Visiopharm. We will update the file for you and return it as a .v2c file which can be applied in the same manner the information was collected (apply information instead of collect.)

- There are modules in the manual which I cannot find on my VIS installation?
If the modules are not included on your license, they will not be available in the module bar. If there is something missing that is included in your license, it needs to be added to the installation. To do this, run the setup.exe file used for installation, choose Modify and in the feature list make sure that all the modules you need are added by setting them to 'entire feature will be added to local hard drive'.

- My Visiomorph/Tissuemorph DP icon disappeared and I am using a network license key?
This may be due to that there are no available licenses for the products. To verify this install the Aladdin Monitor from: www3.safenet-inc.com/support/hasp/enduser.aspx. This tool will show all network license keys on the network. Once the server/computer has been located it is possible to see what exact modules are used and by whom. If this is not the case then double check the current installation by running the setup file again and choose modify. The installed modules should be highlighted in white.
