Other support services
If the need for support services arises, which are not included in the support contract, please contact our System Integration Manager. These services may include:
- Support for systems not covered by a support contract (This service is a "pay as you use" technical support phone line. Contact Visiopharm Support for current rates).
- Customer-written/customer-modified code
- Fixes to prior releases of software (Software that is more than two versions old will not be supported with fixes)
- User computing environments
- General IT support, including but not limited to:
- Installation of Microsoft service packs and updates.
- Configuration of user rights.
- Configuration of network connections.
- Hardware problem trouble shooting.
