Other support services

If the need for support services arises, which are not included in the support contract, please contact our System Integration Manager. These services may include:

  • Support for systems not covered by a support contract (This service is a "pay as you use" technical support phone line. Contact Visiopharm Support for current rates).

  • Customer-written/customer-modified code

  • Fixes to prior releases of software (Software that is more than two versions old will not be supported with fixes)

  • User computing environments

  • General IT support, including but not limited to:

    • Installation of Microsoft service packs and updates.
    • Configuration of user rights.
    • Configuration of network connections.
    • Hardware problem trouble shooting.
