Remote support help
Here is a walkthrough of how to setup Visiopharm remote support. This will allow Visiopharm support to view your desktop and control your computer remotely.
- When you are ready and have time to get support, let us know and we will provide you with a 6-digit code. Go to the Support-page on Visiopharm's homepage, type in the code in the box and press 'Connect'. This will start the download of a small application.
- Either press 'Run' to launch the application directly or 'Save' to save it to the disk and run it from there.
- Select 'Run' when the security warning above shows up.
- The LogMeIn Rescue window pops up on the screen and connects to the remote machine (Visiopharm).
- If your firewall pops up with a warning select 'Unblock'.
- A connection to Visiopharm Support has been established.
- Press 'OK' to allow Visiopharm Support to take over control of your machine.
- Your desktop can now be remote controlled by Visiopharm Support.
- Press 'Disconnect' any time to abort the connection. Then close the window.
