Technical support Visiopharm offers technical support to registered users with a valid support contract. Technical support is offered as telephone, email and/or remote control help. The telephone and remote control service are offered in standard office hours:
A support contract (Maintenance Service) can be purchased by contacting Visiopharm Sales, or through your local dealer. You will need to present your License number to purchase support. Visiopharm Technical Support Engineers will assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware products sold by Visiopharm or our international partners. Visiopharm Technical Support Engineers will also assist with troubleshooting of third party software and hardware integration with Visiopharm software products. The technical support is offered to solve technical issue that may arise with the software or hardware purchased with Visiopharm. The technical support does not cover application related solutions, e.g., Visiomorph protocol design or stererological study designs.
