A subscription to our Software Maintenance Service protects your software investment and it is the most cost effective way to get the latest product versions and unlimited technical support.

Our Software Maintenance Service guarantees that you always have the latest version of your Visiopharm software products. New software releases include product improvements, bug fixes and compatibility with updated hardware drivers and new Microsoft operating systems.

The Visiopharm Software Maintenance Service provides you with an unlimited access to our technical staff by phone, e-mail or remote desktop sharing. Visiopharm technical support engineers will assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware products sold by Visiopharm or our international partners. Visiopharm Technical Support Engineers will also assist with troubleshooting of third party software and troubleshooting of hardware connected to Visiopharm software products.
