 Whole Slide Manager TM WSManagerTM is an add-on module to MicroimagerTM which enables sampling and analysis of virtual slides. The tool allows working with virtual slide images from digital scanners such as the NanoZoomer from Hamamatsu, the Mirax scanner from Zeiss/3DHistech and the Scanscope from Aperio. WSManagerTM offers the ability to navigate in the virtual slide and change magnifications as if on a live microscope. It automatically generates overview images at low magnification for detection of tissue regions of interest (ROI’s) for subsequent sampling of image series. Furthermore, the tool allows sampling of series of images from individual tissue sections using the MicroimagerTM, paired tissue sections using the AutodisectorTM, or from tissue micro arrays using the ArrayimagerTM WSManagerTM requires MicroimagerTM.
