Visiomorph ^TM

VisiomorphTM provides a set of highly specialized tools facilitating key aspects of quantitative image analysis, including image acquisition and data management.

The image analysis tools are optimized for the specific challenges in microscopic images, and simplify the unambiguous expression of histological end-points in terms of spectral, spatial, morphological and contextual image properties.

The knowledge and decisions made by expert users are easily stored electronically as user defined analysis protocols. These electronic protocols can be loaded and executed by any authorized operator, either on individual images or large batches of images for a streamlined high-throughput workflow.

Data management by Visiomorph TM

Because data management is fully integrated in the workflow, it is easy to maintain data integrity also with large data sets and complex relationships. Images and measurement data are automatically added to the integrated database in an organized folder structure, allowing the user to collect and search information about individual or several images.

Extending Visiomorph TM

The VisiomorphTM system can be extended for advanced, automated imaging and sampling by addition of MicroimagerTM, ArrayimagerTM, and/or FluoimagerTM.

Furthermore, the system can be extended with newCASTTM, which implements all essential stereological probes and other tools for obtaining statistically unbiased estimates of number, length, area and volume. Upgrades are available for newCASTTM, such as AutodisectorTM and ProportionatorTM to further automate and dramatically reduce the workload in stereological workflows.
