Remote Support

Here is a walkthrough of how to setup Visiopharm remote support. This will allow Visiopharm support to view your desktop and control your computer remotely.

  • When you are ready and have time to get support, let us know and we will provide you with a 6-digit code. Go to the Support-page on Visiopharm's homepage, type in the code in the box and press 'Connect'. This will start the download of a small application.

  • Either press 'Run' to launch the application directly or 'Save' to save it to the disk and run it from there.

  • Select 'Run' when the security warning above shows up.

    • The LogMeIn Rescue window pops up on the screen and connects to the remote machine (Visiopharm).

    • If your firewall pops up with a warning select 'Unblock'.

    • A connection to Visiopharm Support has been established.

    • Press 'OK' to allow Visiopharm Support to take over control of your machine.

    Sup_07

    • Your desktop can now be remote controlled by Visiopharm Support.

    • Press 'Disconnect' any time to abort the connection. Then close the window.
